I sort of wish this was an April Fool’s joke, but no, Kirin is actually going to release a Pocky-flavored chuhai.
Hyoketsu meets Pocky is the name of a Strawberry Pocky-flavored chuhai. It’s coming on November 19 at 4% abv.
Though not yet officially announced by Kirin, it’s shown up in the ienomistyle catalog.
We’ve seen a ton of chuhais come and go over the years, and ultimately I gave up trying to keep track. But every once in a while something special like this comes along! I’ll definitely be giving it a try out of sick curiosity.
